Internships
Interested in exploring your worship calling in a dynamic and hands-on environment? In developing your gifts to better serve in God’s kingdom? We are dedicated to not only helping you grow in your skills, but to mentor you at every step of your spiritual journey.
What it looks like:
You will be actively involved in the day-to-day management of our worship school, ministry invitations, and annual music productions. You may be asked to serve on our worship teams from time to time.
You will receive vocational training in areas of marketing, media, administration, human resources and so on (dependent on role). Be expected to give creative input instead of just carrying out a series of tasks - we love hearing your ideas and incorporating them!
You will receive spiritual mentorship and input. Participate in staff devotions, special ministry, and journey closely with your assigned supervisor.
You will be asked to commit at least 6 months to the internship! This is to ensure that you have a meaningful and fulfilling internship and the best possible experience with our staff team.
You may apply for our part-time (3-day minimum) or full-time internships. This is to ensure that young people, particularly students, will be able to apply while still being committed to their academic pursuits.

Duration: At least 6 months
Work Arrangement: Mon - Wed, 10am - 6pm. Late nights if necessary.
Job Description: Assist AG's Marketing & Media Team with the following tasks:
Managing and scheduling content on multiple social media and messaging platforms i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp.
Write functional copy for social media, EDMs, etc.
Collect content for blogs and copyedit if necessary.
Content creation: brainstorm ideas with marketing team on blogs, social media campaigns, tiktoks etc.
Photo or video coverage of AG events. DSLR photography and video editing would be a plus!
Media administration, such as photo/video importing, sorting, selection for publication, and/or post-production.
Miscellaneous marketing and media tasks.
Requirements include:
Good written and verbal communication skills with internal and external parties
Good knowledge of MS Applications software including Adobe will be advantageous
Note that individuals with relevant degree (e.g. communications, media) or work experience will be given priority.

Assist AG's Media & Audio-Visual Team with the following tasks:
Photo or video coverage of AG events. DSLR photography and basic video editing would be a plus!
Media administration, such as photo/video importing, sorting, selection for publication, and/or post-production.
Audio and Visual set up for AG events
Live sound mixing
Sound recording for video or podcast production
Live broadcast know-how and audio-post-pro knowledge a plus
Requirements include:
Good written and verbal communication skills with internal and external parties
Basic understanding of audio signal flow & live sound set ups
Proficiency in Logic Pro or Pro Tools is a bonus
Note that individuals with relevant degree (e.g. communications, media) or work experience will be given priority.

Job Description: Assist AG's School Administrative & Partnership Development Team with the following tasks:
To schedule and booking of locations, classrooms for all school related event & activities
To help create presentation deck either in MS powerpoint format or Canva for school events & activities
To assist with other school related administrative tasks such as attendance marking, classroom set up, school event & activities set up
To assist in data management which includes organising & updating students & partners data on Excel sheet & partners data system
To participate in the organizational meeting, team meeting, provide onsite support & preparations to ensure the meeting runs smoothly. If need be, to assist in minutes taking & follow up on action points
To provide other miscellaneous admin tasks, if needed
Requirements include:
Proficiency in Microsoft Application software in Excel, Word & Powerpoint
Proficiency in using Proclaim will be a plus
Meticulous, & good in project & event management skills
Contract teaching
We are always looking for skilled and engaging mentors to join our teaching team. If you are gifted in the arena of teaching and passionate about empowering musicians, vocalists, songwriters, dancers, and leaders in the church, explore our contract mentor positions.
What it looks like:
You will actively write and shape curriculum optimised for a holistic student experience. Craft exciting practical sessions and hands-on learning exercises for the students.
You will be expected to teach one class a week in the evenings during school term, along with any other administrative work that lends to that task e.g. class administration, marking of assignments.
You will journey closely with your students through 1:1 mentorship sessions, teaching them both skills and heart knowledge to help them grow in their spiritual journey.
You will be a part of our ministry team! From time to time you will be asked to serve at our ministry events or school electives depending on your role and witness the transformational power of worship and prayer.
